class styles

hot  A calming and rejuvenating hatha yoga routine designed to release stress and promote relaxation.  Appropriate for all levels and practiced in a warm room.     

itsybitsy  A fun and nurturing yoga play class for parent/caregiver & little one!  Check out itsybitsyyoga.com for more info.    

pilates  A comprehensive core workout that strengthens your abdominals and back, promotes better posture and creates longer, leaner and more flexible muscles.  All levels welcome.    

vinyasa  A dynamic flowing practice that emphasizes breath with movement.  Creative asana sequencing focuses on building your strength and stamina, flexibility and balance.  A great opportunity to de-stress and de-tox.     

yin  A relaxing floor class which focuses on poses to open your hips, pelvis and lower back.  All levels welcome.    

yin fusion  Long holds of standing and floor poses in a slower flow style help you to relax, renew, re-visit.  All levels welcome.  Meditation included in some classes.
